IMPORTANT: Your order will be processed and shipped out of Bicycle Parts Direct within one to three days for in-stock items Monday through Friday. Be aware, when your order tracking number shows a delivered status, via their online tracking system or other mechanisms, you agree that Bicycle Parts Direct has fulfilled its shipping contract and is no longer responsible for the order. Should it occur that your order has been delivered but you do not have the item, please address questions to your local carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*During this time of Covid-19 epidemic / pandemic, force majeure as adopted by our carriers has been enacted for ALL international shipping service selected by BicyclePartsDirect.com customers and will relieve Bicycle Parts Direct LLC from contractual liability from such standardized international shipping agreements herein. The delay, loss, rerouting or other revision to standardized shipping once an “order” has left the United States is understood and purchaser assumes agrees to the loss of such items and will not hold Bicycle Parts Direct responsible for loss.

We are happy to ship orders to our overseas customers, however, shipping from the United States to other countries is more costly than domestic shipping and can take 2-4 weeks or more regardless of shipping method. We want our customers to be satisfied when purchasing our products and therefore remind our international customers to allow added time for your package to be delivered.

IMPORTANT: If your international order is late or missing, please contact your local postal carrier and provide your order tracking number. They will be able to help locate your order. Unfortunately, we do not have visibility into shipments once they are received in your country. Bicycle Parts Direct strongly encourages international customers to purchase insurance on their order should it not arrive, arrive damaged, or have any other issues concerning shipping. Please call or email us for adding insurance. We will not reimburse international orders for shipping issues.

IMPORTANT:

Once orders leave the United States, CUSTOMER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY for all shipping activities including the follow-up on late, missing, or damaged products after the product leaves Bicycle Parts Direct. It is not unusual for customs or other agencies to open international packaging and for products to not be replaced. By choosing to have your order shipped internationally, you agree that Bicycle Parts Direct is not responsible and will not replace products missing from your package upon receipt when our shipping software confirms order quantities were shipped. You will be provided a tracking confirmation upon shipping your order.

We are not able to TRACK, REFUND, REIMBURSE OR RESEND packages that may be lost, or damaged.

Purchaser assumes full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. All import fees, duties, taxes or other government levied charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay such fees associated with shipping importation, customs, VAT, or any other fee assessed, will constitute a breach of our shipping policy and as such agree to forfeit your right to a refund for non-received items. You also agree to not contest your order with your credit card company, PayPal and or any other financial institution through which the order was placed.

Your country may impose additional taxes, fees, import duties, or other charges. You are responsible for these charges and accept this responsibility when placing your order with BicyclePartsDirect.com. Check with your local customs office for these charges. We only charge for the item(s) and shipping of the product to you. We are not responsible for duties, VAT’s, or other taxes charged by your country.

For guaranteed delivery “into a country” not to the final address, use UPS or USPS Priority Mail Express service. Once your package arrives in your country, we have no control over last leg delivery and do not guarantee against package quality, lost items, nor the length of time it will take for your purchase to be delivered!

Bicycle Parts Direct reserves the right to change order shipping methods at any time to a comparable method when discrepancies between the method chosen and cost paid exist or availability of service changes. This includes but is not limited to changing carriers, shipping selection, and any other method when required to ensure delivery of the product.
